7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

• The refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase
• This applies to first-time subscribers only
• You must not have previously received a refund from us

One-Time Purchases

For individual exam purchases (non-subscription), we offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have not started the exam. Once you begin an exam, the purchase is considered used and is non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods (after the 7-day guarantee period)
• Your account will not be charged again

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include your account email and order number
3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
4. We will process your request within 3-5 business days

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

• Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
• Accounts terminated for terms of service violations
• Promotional or discounted purchases (unless specified otherwise)
• Multiple refund requests from the same user
